Privacy in plain English.

This explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. No legalese, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. If you request an audit or get in touch, we store your name, email address, and — if you give them — your phone number, business name, which service you were interested in, and whatever you wrote in the message box.

We also record how you arrived (for example, whether you came from Google or a link someone sent you), your browser type, and the country your connection appears to be in. Your IP address is never stored as-is — it is converted into a scrambled value that cannot be turned back into an address.

If you switch between light and dark mode, we remember that choice so the site looks the way you left it.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising trackers, we don't have a Facebook pixel or Google Analytics on this site, and we don't follow you around the internet. We don't record which pages you look at or how far you scroll. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

This is also why you aren't being nagged by a cookie pop-up: the only thing stored on your device is a random identifier used to remember your display preference and to know which enquiry belongs to which visit. Nothing about you is shared with an advertiser.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to keep track of a conversation we're having about work. That's it. If you ask us for an audit, we need a way to send it back to you.

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored in a private database run by Supabase, locked so that it can only be read by our own systems, never from a web browser. Emails are sent through Resend, and the site itself is hosted by Vercel. If you book a call, that booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to their privacy terms too.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we might reasonably still be talking to you about the work, and reviewed after three years. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email info@saetova.com and we'll do it — no forms, no conditions. If you signed up to our launch list, every email we send also has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Getting in touch

Saetova is based in the United Arab Emirates and works with clients worldwide. For anything at all about your data, email info@saetova.com.

This notice describes what the site genuinely does today and is written to be understood rather than to cover every legal eventuality. If you take on clients in regulated sectors, or start advertising and tracking, have a solicitor review it.
